ABSTRACT: In this talk, I will show that under certain reasonable conditions, the category of coherent functors has enough injectives and that these injectives induce a duality on certain module categories. This duality, first introduced by Auslander, has a connection with linkage of modules as defined by Martsinkovsky and Strooker. I will explain this connection and introduce a functorial approach to linkage. A definition of zeroth right and left derived functors not requiring injectives or projectives will be given.
