Hypersurface Singularities of Dimension One 

 

ABSTRACT:  In this talk, we shall study the local topology of hypersurfaces with a one-dimensional singularity, and we shall give a proof of a new theorem which, as a special case, yields a result of D. Siersma on line singularities.
