Marketing and Communications is the primary source for accurate and current information about Northeastern University. The office advances Northeastern’s position as a leader in higher education by promoting the university’s people, programs and educational philosophy, and by publicizing its accomplishments and resources to a wide array of internal and external audiences. Marketing and Communications is part of the External Affairs Division.
Marketing and Communications produces quality marketing, informational, and editorial publications and Web sites; develops and maintains a high institutional profile in the mainstream media; and ensures efficient internal communication of ideas and initiatives. The department is organized into three areas: Editorial Strategy and Publications, Public Relations, and Strategic Marketing and Brand Management.
