Certified Mail

Certified mail provides you with a mailing receipt for tracing purposes only. A Certified Label (PS Form 3800) should be filled out completle and affixed to the top of the envelop in the return address area.

Return Receipt

Return receipt provides you with proof of delivery.  A Return Card (PS Form 3811) should be filled out completle and affixed to the back of the envelop

Combined Certified and Return Receipt

Combined Certified and Return Receipt mail service is the most commonly used service and is available for Domestic First Class and Express Mail only. No insurance coverage is provided. A numbered label (PS Form 3800) and a completed receipt (PS Form 3811) must be affixed.
