United Parcel Service items may be given to the mail delivery person. Mail requisition forms must be marked with level of service and a budget number.

Service levels are:

• One day
• Two day
• Three day
• Regular ground service
• International *

All items are tracked and secured; insurance through UPS is available up to $25,000.

*  If shipping an item other than a document internationally, you (the sender) must   complete a commercial invoice.  Call Mail Services at X 2114 and we will provide one to you.
