a forty-four-bed medical/surgical AIDS unit at the New York HospitalCornell

Nancy (Schaufus) Bobbitt, BB'90, of Sarasota, Florida, works
part time as a physical therapist at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. She and
her husband, Russell, were married in 1993. They have two boys, Nathan
and Nicholas, and are expecting their third child this month. She would

Cynthia Hawkins Davis, AS'90, is a senior account executive at
Burnell Communications Group. She married Jackson Lee Davis IV in September
1998. They live in Chicago and were expecting a baby boy in September.

sales on the east coast for Louisville Hockey.
Cathy Callaghan Griffin, BA'90, and Thomas J. Griffin,
MBA'97, celebrated the birth of Bridget Catherine on May 14. The family,
which includes older sister Colleen, lives in Acton, Massachusetts.
David J. Milinazzo, E'90, of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, is the
director of software development at L&H: Speech Development Products.
Laura Tlapa, BA'90, of Newton, Massachusetts, was married in
Chatham in May and reports that "many of my old friends from N.U.
attended the wedding," including Ann Shumbo, who was in the wedding
party. "It meant a lot to me that we have stayed in touch over the
past years and I would love to hear from other old friends."
David Yucius, BA'90, writes, "I am living happily in Atlanta
after getting married in August 1997. I am working as an equity portfolio

Fourth of July Parade Committee.
Paul Dietrich, E'92, and Cindy Dietrich, Ed'93, celebrated
the birth of their third child last fall. The family lives in Dennisville,
New Jersey. Paul passed the professional engineers' exam and is a municipal
engineer in Upper Township, New Jersey.
Debbie Healey Langley, ME'92, and her husband, Clint, announced
the birth of their daughter, Caroline, in January. They live in Haymarket,
Virginia. Langley is a senior principal engineer at Hazen and Sawyer Consulting
Engineers in Fairfax.

Catherine E. (Allen) Wailgum, CJ'91, MJ'92, and Andrew G.
Wailgum, CJ'92, of West Hartford, Connecticut, celebrated the birth
of their first child, Emma Catherine, on March 25.
Ronald R. Woodard, MEd'92, of Norfolk, Virginia, says he'd "like
to wish all of the former ROTC cadets and cadre from 1988 to 1992 best
wishes. I currently work in distance education at Old Dominion University
as a regional director. It is an exciting position, being on the cutting
edge of educational technology. I'm also working on a doctorate in educational

After working for several years in his N.U. major (athletic training
and exercise physiology), Dean Anthony Caputo, BB'93, has switched
careers and now is a law enforcement officer with the U.S. Immigration
Service in Miami. He was president of his class at the Federal Law Enforcement
Training Center in Glynco, Georgia, and since graduation has been working
with consulates general, embassies, U.S. attorneys, judges, and fellow

Christina (Young) Gustavson, PAH'93, and Craig R. Gustavson,
E'94, of Cortlandt Manor, New York, had their first child, Spencer Ryan,
on June 19. Craig is an engineer at Malcolm Pirnie in White Plains.
Toni McDonald, PAH'93, and her husband, Kevin, celebrated the
birth of their second child, Kevin Anthony, in October 1998. Their older
child, Kathleen, turned two in April. McDonald manages a Rite Aid store
in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. The family lives in Ashley.
Russell Mindick, AS'93, married Rachel Gassman on October 16.
They live in New York City. He is scheduled to receive an MBA from the
Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in June.
Charles A. Parsons, UC'93, married Supaporn Shanapoom in November
1996. They celebrated the birth of Vanessa Marie Parsons in September 1997.
The family lives in Bangkok, Thailand.
Jean Pastorello-Best, Ed'93, earned a master's degree in nursing
and is now a family nurse practitioner. She married Todd Best on May 5.
They live in Milledgeville, Illinois. She notes sadly that her grandfather,
John T. Dyer, E'37, died in March. "I, like my grandfather, cherished
my educational experience at N.U. and credit my professional success to
top-notch professors and the invaluable co-op opportunities," she
says.
Jennifer Lynn Pearson, Ed'93, married Eric Scott on October 20
in Saint John, the U.S. Virgin Islands. They live in Myrtle Beach, South

Kathleen A. Barry, UC'94, is an account administrator for Independence
Blue Cross in Philadelphia. "After a year working abroad in France,

Robin Bernard-Lacy, BB'94, is a physical therapist with Triangle
Orthopedics in Durham, North Carolina. She is married to Robert Lacy. "I'm
pregnant and due on December 6. We are very excited," she writes.

Michelle Bonner, AS'94, is the weekend sports anchor/reporter
at KCOP-TV in Los Angeles. "I love LA!" she writes. "Would

that Amy Howard-McAvoy, AS'95, married Paul McAvoy in June 1998 and had
a child, Conor Ryan.

intern Deborah Gammons on September 14, 1996. They live in Brookline. He
is a client service manager with State Street Bank and Trust Company in
North Quincy, Massachusetts.
Randy H. Bunnell, CJ'94, received an MBA from Bentley College
and is a computer security analyst for Fidelity Investments in Boston.

a master's degree in public policy from Georgetown University this past

a commercial real property appraisal company in Hanover, Massachusetts,

Manikyam Mutyala on November 29, 1998. She graduated from SUNY Health Science
Center Medical School in Syracuse, New York, in 1998 and now is a resident

married Jeff Norwood on September 11. She is a physical therapist at New

of Law in December 1998 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar on June

Chris Roach, AS'94, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, is completing certification
for secondary education at Western Michigan University. He also planned
to run the Chicago Marathon last month. He is engaged to be married to
