1940s

Robert Marston,
E'41, retired as president from Telstar Medical Products in Southold, New York, where he lives.

Stanley R. Peterson, E'42, retired from Honeywell in 1983. He spends the summers on Cape Cod and the winters in Fort Myers, Florida.

Francis E. Harrington, E'46, of Knoxville, Tennessee, writes, "Although I'm listed as class of 1946, I should have been '44, except for a sabbatical tour of northern Europe, courtesy of Uncle Sam. A multiyear reunion, 1943 to 1947, might be attractive."

Thomas F. Schofield, E'48, of Dover, New Hampshire, spent time "RV'ing with companion through Florida, the Smokies, and Blue Ridge Highway. Enjoying every minute. Spare time devoted to community service with Kiwanis International."

John A. Tucker, E'49, of Wellesley, Massachusetts, was named the 1998 national outstanding adviser by Tau Beta Pi, the national engineering honor society. A former director of the student internship program of electrical engineering and computer science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he advises the Massachusetts Beta chapter. Tucker began teaching at MIT in 1956. For eighteen years, he directed the school's VI-A Internship Program, a five-year cooperative education program that led to both bachelor's and master's degrees.
