1930s

Doris S. Heyman, BB'33, of Hackensack, New Jersey, says she is the "proud grandmother of six and very proud great-grandmother of five, including triplets." She retired from teaching in Fairlawn, New Jersey, in 1979.

Frank E. Foss, E'35, of Webster, Massachusetts, writes, "I'm still able to travel-made my fifteenth trip to Switzerland in July." He adds that he's been "married to the same woman for sixty-three years and counting."

Alfred L. Boch, E'37, of Knoxville, Tennessee, asks, "Whatever happened to the 'Senate,' and when?" Helmut J. Knoll, E'37, of Silver Spring, Maryland, writes, "I was saddened by N.U.'s 2421 loss to William and Mary this season. All the more so since my son, Steve, a 1971 graduate of William and Mary, now enjoys the family bragging rights. My hope is that our mutual football fortunes will be reversed next season."
