Howard Leavitt, E'24, writes from Sarasota, Florida, "I'm ninety-five
and enjoying every day to the fullest. Went to California last summer,
saw children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren. Also, took a cruise over
Thanksgiving and planned to be in New England during the summer. No grass
growing under my feet!"
Nicholas D. Corsano, E'26, of Mattapan, Massachusetts, urges
engineering graduates of 1925 and 1926 to attend the classes' eighty-seventh
joint reunion September 30 at the Kernwood Restaurant in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.
Ross A. Gilmore, E'27, of Seattle, Washington, writes, "I don't suppose
there are many '27 civils (civil engineering graduates) left. But if there
are any, I am saying 'Hi, wherever you are.' " Edwin B. Cobb, E'29,
retired in 1969 and moved to California in 1994 to live with his daughter.
