Arnold E. Schaier, E'30, of Wrentham, Massachusetts, celebrated his ninetieth birthday on April 2. Schaier notes he was a member of the N.U. band that, on March 4, 1927, brought the Husky mascot to campus from North Station. Schaier's granddaughter, Kimberly Burke, graduated from N.U. last year.

Mary R. Russ, BB'32, of Hillsborough, New Hampshire, says she dabbles in antiques, walks a mile each day, and takes no medication.

Charles G. Kagan, L'36, and his wife, Ida, of Swampscott, Massachusetts, recently celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary. They have two granddaughters who are due to graduate this year: Rachelle, from law school, and Shari, from George Washington University.

Helen A. MacDonald, BB'36, of El Segundo, California, reports that her daughter, Karen, is the mayor pro tempore of Claremont, California.

Brenda B. Ross, BB'38, of Laguna Hills, California, is a volunteer senior advocate and president of the California Agency on Aging.
