Glenn R. Geoffroy, MJ'80, of East Northport, New York, and his wife, Jennifer, celebrated the birth of their first child, Danielle Rae, on October 7, 1996.

Charles J. Gianci, BA'80, and his wife, Susanne, of Medfield, Massachusetts, welcomed the birth of their second child, Alexandra, in June 1996. She has an older brother named T. J. Gianci is marketing product manager at Kendall International.

Shannon Griffiths, MJ'80, of Frederick, Maryland, is an associate professor of sociology and director of the honors program at Hood College in Frederick. Griffiths was named professor of the year in 1988 by Hood's Mortar Board, a national honor society, and adviser of the year in 1989 by Hood's student academic affairs committee.

Sue O'Shea, PA'80, is a tax principal with Reznick Fedder & Silverman, a full-service public accounting, tax, and business consulting firm in Washington, D.C. "Walker Egan and I currently reside on Capitol Hill," she says.

Christopher Semonelli, E'80, is the eastern sales manager for Intertape Polymer Group, an international manufacturer of specialized packaging and industrial woven packaging products in Newport, Rhode Island. He and his wife, Trish, live in Middletown, Rhode Island, with their five children.

John P. Buonaugurio, AS'81, of Medford, Massachusetts, and his wife, Kathy, celebrated the birth of a son, Ryan, on June 28, 1996.

Sheryl A. Derderian, N'81, of Medford, Massachusetts, is a geriatric nurse practitioner at Upham's Corner Health Center in Dorchester.

Peter C. DiTomasso, BA'81, of Amston, Connecticut, has his own law firm in Hartford, specializing in personal injury litigation.

Sara Musen Goodman, BA'81, lives in Framingham, Massachusetts, with her husband, Peter, and sons Jared, Michael, and Eric.

Kelly A. Higgins, CJ'81, and her husband, John, of Westford, Massachusetts, had a son in March 1995.

Mark H. Kreditor, BA'81, has been elected the next president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, which manages nearly $20 billion in residential rental properties worldwide. Kreditor started his firm, Get There First Realty, in Dallas, Texas, within weeks of his graduation from Northeastern. He has written and taught real estate investment and management classes throughout the country and holds a master property manager designation. Kreditor was selected as one of the top forty Dallas business leaders under the age of forty. While at N.U., he played piano at Faneuil Hall five nights a week at Lily's Piano Bar. He says he still performs regularly.

Jayne O'Leary Malonson, BB'81, of Franklin, Massachusetts, reports she's "keeping busy raising our four children."

Milton J. Yanofsky, MBA'81, of Belmont, Massachusetts, started a company, First Time On Line, in Boston. The firm supplies computers, networking, and service to corporate accounts in New England.

Garfield R. Boutilier Jr., BA'82, moved to Frankfurt, Germany, in October with his wife, Sharon, and four sons. He is a vice president for Degussa Corporation's silicas and chemical catalyst division.

Kathryn Graf Gosselin, AS'82, of Newton, Massachusetts, was appointed to the board of trustees at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She is vice president and management communications consultant at Saint Communications in Hingham. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Arthur D. Little Alumni Association, edits the company's alumni newsletter, and volunteers with the Big Sisters Association.

David R. Jones, ME'82, of Pittsford, New York, is senior engineering manager, product design engineering, with Harris Corporation's RF Communications division in Rochester, New York.

Debbie (Flavin) Munley, BB'82, lives in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with her husband, Brian, and daughters, Claire, four, and Sara, two.

John W. Nicholson, UC'82, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, is meat coordinator for Bread & Circus Supermarkets.

Richard Sussman, L'82, of New York City, married Ellyn Rabinowitz on October 27, 1996. Classmate Jee Min Hu and her husband, Chi Chang, attended the wedding, which took place in Bedford Corners, New York.

Karin Thompson Modin, BA'83, and her husband, Erik, recently had a daughter, Anneli Viktoria. The family lives in San Francisco.

Dana Salo, CJ'83, and his wife, Karen, of Gloucester, Massachusetts, celebrated the birth of their second daughter, Kirsten Lydia, in December 1995. Her older sister is Meredith Linnea.

Laurie Austin, BA'84, has been elected a shareholder of Tofias, Fleishman, Shapiro & Company, New England's largest independent certified public accounting and business consulting firm. She joined the company in 1990 after working at Coopers & Lybrand. Laurie has served on the federal taxation committee of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is active in the Boston chapter of the American Woman's Society of Certified Public Accountants, serves on the advisory council for the master's in taxation program at Northeastern, is active in the mentor program at Bentley College, and is a member of the steering committee of the New England International Personnel Forum.

Donna Maloney Bowers, BB'84, her husband, Steve, and their children, Katie, Jonathan, and Jennifer, have moved from New Jersey to Fairfield, Connecticut. She teaches in the physical therapy program at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield. "I would love to hear from any classmates in the area," she says.

Howard Levenson, ME'84, of Rockville, Maryland, is a branch sales manager for Silicon Graphics. He and his wife, Lois, are the parents of Nicole, Emily, and Alexandra.

Brenda (Blaine) Pierce, N'84, and her husband, Mark, of Waltham, Massachusetts, welcomed a daughter, Selena Rachel, on June 25, 1996.

Reed R. Eisenhauer, MBA'85, is a director for the investment banking firm Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He lives in Manhattan Beach, California, with his wife, Dayle, and children, Reed and Dana.

Peter J. Goodwin, E'85, of Melrose, Massachusetts, and David H. Knowlton, E'85, of Rockland, Massachusetts, were both recently promoted to project manager positions at Weston & Sampson Engineers in Peabody, Massachusetts. Goodwin is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts and Maine; Knowlton is registered in Massachusetts. They are active in a number of professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Boston Society of Civil Engineers, the American Water Works Association, the Water Environment Federation, and the New England Water Environment Association.

Lisa Marie Pane, AS'85, has joined Reuters America as a financial reporter in New York City. She worked five years as the capital bureau chief at Associated Press in Hartford, Connecticut.

Steven Brandt, MS'86, received a doctorate in general relativity from the University of Illinois at Urbana in May 1996. He and his wife, Nancy, and daughter, Juliette, moved in July to Potsdam, Germany, where he is conducting postdoctoral research.

Philip A. Mondello, AS'86, of Los Angeles, writes, "Greetings to all in the class of '86. It was great seeing everyone at our ten-year reunion (wink, wink!). Thank you, Alumni Association, for a great event. It's hard to believe time has flown this fast. I'm still in L.A., still working in the film industry, and still missing the East Coast dearly. Most recently, part of the team that produced the Ronald Reagan tribute for the '96 Republican Convention. Relax, friends, the 'thrill' still lives! Marjorie C. Ginsburg, CS'87, of New York City, received an MBA in management from New York University's Stern Executive Program. She reports she's still with IBM ("after all these years!") and works with information systems and business-process consulting.

Donald E. Hohler, BA'87, of Winchester, Massachusetts, became engaged to Carol Somerville. He is a staff accountant and payroll supervisor for Edwards High Vacuum and is working toward management opportunities in accounting.

Mary H. Lovell, UC'87, of West Roxbury, Massachusetts, received a master's degree in nursing from Boston College and is working toward a master's in public health at Boston University. She works full-time in the surgical intensive care unit at New England Medical Center in Boston.

Phil Minard, BA'87, is a commercial delegate with the U.S. Department of Commerce. He has been in the field office in Lyons, France, since April 1994.

Terri George Proulx, BB'87, and her husband, Gary, of Canton, New York, welcomed a daughter, Lindsay Ida, on November 11, 1996. Their first child is Jay.

Lisa M. Augustine, PAH'88, and her husband, Dominick, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, welcomed a second child, Marissa, on March 24, 1996. Their first child is Joelle. Augustine is a pharmacist at an independent pharmacy in Harrisburg.

Pamela B. Childers, MA'88, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, coauthored Programs and Practices: Writing Across the Secondary School Curriculum, which was published in 1994. In 1995 she received an Ed.D. in higher education from Nova Southeastern University. She is active with international workshops, presentations, and keynote addresses.

Cora M. Crowe, MEd'88, of Hyde Park, Massachusetts, writes, "I am still teaching fifth grade at the John Eliot School in Needham, Massachusetts, and enjoying my forty-second year of public school teaching!"

Paul Palasek, CS'88, and his wife, Lisa Marie, of Wheaton, Illinois, welcomed a son, Joseph Michael, in November. He joins a brother, John Paul. Palasek is an officer in worldwide technology at the Northern Trust Company in Chicago.

Kathleen Bishop and Edward Flood, both AS'89, were married in November. Bishop is a managed care specialist with the Massachusetts Medical Society. Flood, a project coordinator of Project Liberty at Harvard's JFK School of Government, is scheduled to graduate from Suffolk University Law School in May. The couple say hello to political science friends Steve Gould and Joe Grassi. "Get in touch," they add.

Don Hicks, BA'89, of Denver, Colorado, works for Great­West Life Assurance as a technical control support assistant in the 401K operations department.

Devon L. McLarty, BA'89, married Andre F. Bishop in September 1996 in New Haven, Connecticut. The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and are celebrating the purchase of their new home in Connecticut.

Paul A. Preston, UC'89, of Boston, is a senior accountant for the Greater Boston Convention and Tourism Bureau. "I joined the new Marino Recreation Center," he says. "I am very impressed."
