Murray Markson, BA’50, of Framingham, Massachusetts, writes to say that he’s still recovering from surgery. He wants to know if his classmates want another reunion. Friends may contact him at <elmar50@aol.com>.

Charles Carter, E’51, retired in January from the Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT) in McLean, Virginia. He served as vice president of technology. He joined AMT in 1990 after thirty years at Cincinnati Milacron. Carter was president of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers in the early 1980s. He’s a member of the National Council of the College of Engineering Advisory Council and received the Outstanding Alumni Award in the field of science and technology in 1997. He and his wife, Ruth, live in Herndon.

Joseph Valof, BA’55, of Westborough, Massachusetts, is an independent general counsel for small high-tech companies. He has incorporated the Jewish Technology Business Network (JTBN) as a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation. He’s a member of the board and serves as the corporation’s clerk. He describes JTBN as “a network of entrepreneurs and business professionals seeking to engage in activities and events to advance and promote entrepreneurship and education in business, technology, and science.”
