2000s

Shaideh T. (Harkkon) Justinvil, UC’00, of Methuen, Massachusetts, married Willer Justinvil on November 3, 2002.

Zachary Falconer, AS’01, of Boston, has found two outlets for the skills he learned as a communications major. Falconer played the Younger Actor in the two-character David Mamet play A Life in the Theater, which was performed in November 2002 at the Boston Center for the Arts. A former cocaptain, MVP, and three-time All-Atlantic 10 linebacker for the Huskies, Falconer also serves as a training specialist for the Mentors in Violence Prevention program, which is part of the Center for the Study of Sport in Society. “The nature of my job is performance-based,” he says. “I go out and speak to high schools, colleges, and adults about ways to prevent men’s violence against women. It sets the groundwork to act. This job is a perfect fit in terms of the talents, skills, and passion I have.”
