Taimi R. Van Buren, BB'34, of Bellingham, Washington, writes, "The
Northwest has proved to be a rejuvenative place to live. Still enjoy the
mountains, rivers, and wilderness. Joined many outdoor groups. Would like
to hear from classmates."
Forrest F. MacDonald, E'36, and Helen Anderson MacDonald,
BB'36, now live in Claremont, California. "After forty-seven years

in Aspen. We are not about to move there, but it's nice to visit."
Robert W. Smith, E'37, E'47, of Peabody, Massachusetts, notes he's
"proud to be a member of the Class of '37. It was a small class, but

my classmates."
C. Leonard Chamberlain, E'38, of Phoenix, Arizona, writes, "Still
percolating as a widower living alone. Active in the service of my senior
center as advisory board member, nutrition council delegate, and other
minor duties. I'm eighty-seven years old and go dancing at least once a
week and take my lady friend out to dinner on Fridays. I go on overnight
trips and day trips to casinos. Also visit my sister in Florida and New
York state once a year."
Marjorie Jones Carlson, BB'39, of Granbury, Texas, says she's given
up all sports with the exception of water aerobic exercises. "Am now
spending my time painting, with much success and fun," she writes.
