1930s

Elling C. Reich, E'34, of Falls Church, Virginia, says he's "still going strong at eighty-eight playing tennis and bowling." He retired in 1976.

Casimir F. Plasewicz, E'38, of Baltimore, Maryland, has had the "triple pleasure" of retiring three times-from the Army as a lieutenant colonel, from Westinghouse as a senior engineer, and from Gould as a chief chemist. He's lived in Baltimore for forty years. He and his wife have a daughter.

Myers Van Buren, E'38, of New Port Richey, Florida, has been retired twenty-eight years. He says he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Martin E. Barzelay, E'39, of Southampton, New York, writes, "I am still enjoying retirement from research and teaching aerospace engineering at Syracuse University. My wife, Muriel, and I try to swim every day-in Southampton in the summer and in Florida in the winter. I have returned to my joy of many years, painting, as a hobby."
