Lee West (pronons: they/them/their) is the Assistant Director/Coordinator of the LGBTQA Resource Center here at Northeastern University. Prior to joining the Northeastern community in August of 2015, Lee worked in the Milton E. Ford LGBT Resource Center at the Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan for three years. Lee earned their Bachelors of Arts degree in Women's Studies and English Literature from Hope College and their Masters of Education degree from Grand Valley State University. An avid social justice advocate, Lee has a background in community and political organizing, including work with educational access, public policy reform and youth experiencing homelessness.

Christine Salazar (pronouns she/her/hers) is the Graduate Assistant for the LGBTQA Resource Center here at Northeastern University. As an undergraduate, Christine attended University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. There she completed a Bachelors of Music degree in Music Performance as well as a minor in Gender Studies while also working as a peer educator to promote awareness around healthy relationships, rape culture, and LGBTQ+ issues. At Northeastern, Christine is pursuing her JD within the School of Law as well as a Masters degree in Law and Public Policy through the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs.
