Our mission is to provide student leaders with an opportunity to gain insight into the following areas and skills: communication, ethics, diversity, health/wellness, conflict management, and appreciation of serving the community. 

The LEGO program provides students with four tiers of FREE, co-curricular leadership training through a series of leadership seminars. These seminars are Emerging, Enlightened, Engaged and Experienced. In addition students can participate in LEGO through the Leadership Scholars Program and the Developing Leaders Conferences.

The Leadership Scholars Program recognizes student leaders' service to their fellow students, dedication to academics, and commitment to the community.

The Developing Leader Conferences provide opportunities for students to come together for daylong or weekend-long retreats on topics such as community service, women and leadership, and spirituality.
