The Leadership Scholars Program*

The Leadership Scholars Program was created in the spring of 2006 to recognize student leaders' service to their fellow students, dedication to academics and commitment to the community. 

To be eligible for this program, students must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Have served on or have been elected to an executive board in a registered and recognized student organization on campus
• Must be in good standing with the university
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 both at the time of application and at the start of the program (Fall 2009)
• Must have the academic standing of a middler, junior, or senior in Fall 2009 and be enrolled full-time in classes (not on co-op)
• Have not previously been a recipient of this scholarship

Leadership scholars are required to attend an eight-week, non credit seminar.
