The Office of University Counsel Newsletter, Of Counsel, is published up to four times per year and contains advisories about legal issues, legal developments and University policies that may be of interest and relevance to the entire University Community. A number of past issues are posted on this website for your information.
The publication schedule for Of Counsel is Fall (on or about September 30), Winter (on or about January 1), Spring (on or about March 31) and Summer (on or about June 30; either an edition of Of Counsel or notification of the Office of University Counsel annual Summer Brown Bag Seminar Series).
If you have any questions or issues you would like to see addressed in an edition of Of Counsel, please contact the Office of University Counsel at x2157. Please note that depending upon the nature and complexity of your question or issue, the Office may address the issue either individually with you or via the newsletter.
