Janet E. Faulkner

Janet Elie Faulkner is a graduate of Cornell University and Boston College Law School.  During law school, she was an editorial board member of the Third World Law Journal law review.  She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, the First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Janet is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of College and University Law.  She also serves on the steering committee of the Boston Bar Association's College and University Section, and is a past Co-Chair of the BBA's College and University Section.  She previously has served on the Publications Committee of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA).

In addition to her membership in NACUA and the BBA, Janet is a member of the Women's Bar Association.

Janet is co-editor of Student Disciplinary Issues:  A Legal Compendium (3rd ed., NACUA 2005).
