Leadership Consultants
The Leadership Consultants are an on-campus leadership resource for Northeastern students and organizations. Leadership Consultants offer free leadership workshops on topics ranging from conflict resolution, communications, time management, and how to run effective and efficient meetings.
Audiences can be as formal as a residence hall or as informal as a group of friends. Student groups, groups of friends, dance groups and Greek life can all benefit and take advantage of this free resource.
Examples of services include:
- Team Building: if you’re having trouble managing or motivating your team, a workshop in team building can make a huge difference. All teams suffer from some dysfunction at one point and catching these problems early can boost a tight knit team’s efficiency and ethic.
- Retreats: If you’re starting out with a new group of people, getting to know each other’s leadership and work styles can be essential to forming a strong foundation. The Leadership Consultants offer services in personality typing and ice breakers to make sure your group truly capitalizes on your ability to work together.
- One on One Leadership Training: If you’re looking to improve your own personal leadership style, consider meeting with a leadership consultant to review your strengths, weaknesses, motivations and methods of leadership. One on One consulting can maximize your potential as a leader.
- Residential Hall Workshops: Residential living is wrought with its own battery of conflicts and challenges. Workshops in personality types, time management and conflict resolution often come in handy for free programing for RA’s and residential hall floors.
If you would like to request a meeting to discuss potential presentations with a Leadership Consultant, fill out the request form. All services are free and most presentations can be fit into a one hour period. Please allow two weeks between submission and the date of the program to allow for proper planning and the best possible service.
