In and Around Campus

The Northeastern University campus is full of the resources to support your legal education and a few others that facilitate the occasional well-deserved break.

Study

For a quiet place to study and conduct research, take advantage of either the Law Library or the university’s Snell Library. Students also often work in groups in the study spaces in the law school’s new Dockser Hall.

Eat

You’ll never go hungry when you have more than 25 on-campus eateries to choose from. From sushi to Starbucks, stir-fry to salads, made-to-order waffles to macaroni and cheese, there’s always something to satisfy your cravings.

Be Active

There are 25 student organizations in the School of Law and more than 240 student organizations university-wide for you to choose from. If you want to break a sweat, our four state-of-the-art facilities—Marino Center, Squashbusters, Matthews Arena and the Cabot Center—offer opportunities to work out and play intramural and club sports.

Relax

If you want to unwind, head over to the Curry Student Center, NU’s campus “living room” and put your feet up. Or, if you’re looking for a quiet place to pray, meditate or reflect, visit the Sacred Space. You’ll also notice students eating, talking and relaxing at all hours of the night and day in the new student commons in Dockser Hall.

Have Fun

Take in a theatre production at the university’s Blackman Auditorium or attend a variety of arts, cultural and religious events held at the Fenway Center. And if you want a little taste of Boston nightlife without having to go far, check out afterHOURS, NU’s campus nightclub.
