Guest Speaker: Jessica Bennett

Jessica Bennett is an award-winning journalist and critic who writes on gender, sexuality and culture. She is a contributing writer at the New York Times, where she wrote the memorable profile of Monica Lewinsky and recently did a charming piece about debate-watching with Hillary Clinton’s BFFs. She also writes a monthly column on digital language called Command Z. Jessica is also a contributing editor for Sheryl Sandberg’s LeanIn.org, where she is the cofounder and curator of the Lean In Collection, a photo initiative with Getty Images to change the depiction of women in stock photography. Her first book, Feminist Fight Club: An Office Survival Manual (for a Sexist Workplace), was released in September. Yes, she's in a real-life feminist fight club.
