We are thrilled to hear of your interest in continuing your education at Northeastern and joining us at the School of Law. Originally founded in 1898, the law school, like the University, is built on a tradition of engagement with the world and a distinctive approach to education that is global, experiential, collaborative, and student-focused. Much like your undergraduate experience, the innovative cooperative education program lies at the heart of the NUSL experience. In that vein, all students at the law school complete four transformative co-op experiences before they graduate and they do it in just three short years, like other law schools.

While admission to NUSL is quite competitive, we the recognize special ties between Northeastern community members. To that end, the School of Law participates in the Double Husky program with respect to undergraduate alumni/ae of Northeastern University. We are also happy to waive the application fee for all Northeastern University students and alumni/ae.

Early Assurance Option

Current Northeastern University undergraduate students in their junior year are eligible to apply to NUSL for Fall 2018 entry under our Early Assurance Option, an early admissions notification plan. Under the Early Assurance Option, you apply to NUSL during your junior year and, if admitted, we pledge to hold your seat while you finish your bachelor's degree. Early Assurance Option applicants should utilize the regular Application for Admission through the Law School Admissions Council.
