Students are encouraged to join one or more of our Latino student groups, including our flagship Latin American Students Organization (LASO), and more specialized groups like the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA). Incoming law students also have the option of joining our Latino/a Law Students Association (LALSA), while MBA students can join our Latin American MBA Association (LAMBAA). All groups provide a sense of community as well as academic and personal support.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to join our Latino Faculty & Staff Advisory Group, which provides members an opportunity to address issues raised by the on-campus Latino community. The overall mission of the group is to ensure that Northeastern is a welcoming environment for all Latinos.
