On behalf of the Northeastern University Latino/a Student Cultural Center, we would like to extend an invitation to local Boston High Schools s to to nominate their students for the Latino/a Student Cultural Center Civic Engagement Award.  This award was created to celebrate the many outstanding high school students who have devoted their time to community service, extracurricular activities, & dedication to others.  The primary selection criterion for this award will be volunteer work/community service.

High School Faculty, Staff or Students may nominate a student for this award.  Students may not apply for consideration on their own behalf.  The deadline for submission is March 31, 2010. 

The 2010 Latino/a Student Cultural Center Civic Engagement Award ceremony will be held at Northeastern University’s Alumni Center on April 15th, 2010 at 6pm.
