myHelp is your gateway to Information Technology Services Customer Support. Based on Service-Now, myHelp, provides incident tracking, request fulfillment, change management, and reporting to help Northeastern manage its technology and support needs.
Use myHelp to:
- Report a service outage/incident
- Request or order services or products offered by ITS
- Submit a Request for Change (RFC) to request a product or service not offered by ITS, or a change to a current product or service
- Manage and track your open requests
If you are logged in to the myNEU portal, you can find the myHelp link under the student Self-Service tab or the faculty/staff Services and Links tab.
