Where can I find basic user instructions for SharePoint 2010?
Check out the Northeastern University SharePoint Users Group (NUSPUG) online to learn helpful tips and to learn about the Drop-In Lab hours.

What classes are available for SharePoint?
SharePoint for End Users introductory class is available through the ITS Training Department. Learn the basics of working with documents, calendars and other features, as well as site administration tasks such as adding users and managing permissions. Go to the ITS Training website to see a schedule of classes and sign up.

What training is available to site owners?
ITS provides admin training to site owners whenever you request a new site.

Where can I go for support?
An open format drop-in lab where SharePoint site owners/admins can stop by and receive assistance with their current site setup, as well as inspiration and ideas on how to maximize the use of SharePoint. Select topics, such as permissions, may also be reviewed regularly. Check the ITS Training website for listings and more information.

What other training resources are available?
Northeastern University offers faculty, staff and students additional training through lynda.com. Lynda.com has self-paced modules covering many topics, including SharePoint.
