I am connected via Ethernet cable, but I have no connection. What do I do?

I’m on a graduate campus. I don’t need to connect via VPN?

No, Northeastern graduate campuses are now wired directly to NUnet.

Does Northeastern recommend that I regularly change my password?

Yes. Passwords should be changed regularly to maintain account security.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password or challenge question by logging on to the myNEU portal and clicking on My Profile.

I forgot my myNEU/NUnet password, how do I reset it?

You can reset a forgotten password from myNEU by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the myNEU login page.
