Network Shared Storage – FAQ

I don’t have access to my department’s network shared storage. What should I do?

To access your department’s shared storage folder you must request access from the folder’s administrator. If you do not know who your department’s administrator is, contact the ITS Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).

Does an employee who leaves Northeastern continue to have access to the shared storage?

Employees who have left Northeastern lose their account privileges and access to any network shared storage.
