What is my username and password for myApps?
Use your myNEU username and password to log into myApps.

There are applications that I would like to use through myApps but they are not available.
Many factors restrict what software is available on myApps. For more information about software availability through myApps contact the ITS Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).

How do I print?
You can print from any application in myApps as long as you have a local printer physically attached to your computer. Network printing is currently not possible within the myApps environment.

Where do I save my documents?
You can only save your documents to myFiles (the U:\ drive).

Although you may be able to access online cloud storage – such as Dropbox, Drive or OneDrive – you will not be able to save files to any of those services.

Where can I use myApps?
You can use myApps on any Windows or Mac computer with a browser and high-speed internet access.

The application I’m trying to use is saying that I need a product key to use it, what’s going on?
You will often run into this problem when you have “X”ed out of your previous myApps session instead of logging out. It is recommended that you always log out to exit when you are done.
