Arrival dates
New international students are expected to arrive by the start date of their program, which is stated on the I-20 or DS-2019 issued by Northeastern University, or the DS-2019 issued by your sponsoring agency/government. Please note that you will not be allowed into the United States after the entry date listed on your visa eligibility document. All international students should report to ISSI, 405 Ell Hall, immediately upon arriving in Boston to complete immigration clearance and comply with SEVIS requirements.
Directions and transportation
Taxis are readily available for students who need transportation from Logan International Airport to Northeastern University’s main campus. The cost of a taxi may cost USD$35.00 and upward. Public transportation (the subway) is also available from the airport. Take the Blue Line train inbound to the Government Center Station and transfer to the Green Line outbound “E” trolley to the Northeastern University stop. The cost of taking the subway is USD$2.00 per person.
