Sponsored international students and sponsoring governments/agencies
ISSI is a primary liaison to governmentst and government agencies and the students they sponsor, such as those studying and conducting research as part of the Fulbright Program. A designated ISSI specialist is the principal institutional contact for the international Fulbright program and other sponsored initiatives that promote international educational exchange. ISSI hosts related functions, meetings, and activities at Northeastern and in Boston.
Phi Beta Delta
ISSI inducts approximately 45 members of the University community each year into the Alpha Nu Chapter of Phi Beta Delta Honor Society for International Scholars.
