All full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at Northeastern may apply to live in campus housing. Because space is limited, housing is not guaranteed.
Because the academic calendar for first-year law students differs significantly from the graduate school calendar, the University tries to consolidate law students in apartment buildings located in close proximity to the law school. Each first-year law student signs a License Agreement covering three consecutive terms. Every upper-level law student signs a contract covering the academic year for the terms they are residing on campus. If the building reaches capacity, some law students may be housed in other NU housing.
