Phi Beta Delta Honor Society
Phi Beta Delta is the nation’s first honor society to formally recognize scholarly achievement in the realm of international education, honoring those who serve internationalism, “the idea of a world connected, of respect for different traditions, of the need for education to enhance knowledge of the many cultures that are part of a globe that we must share.”
ISSI is the institutional liaison to the national organization of Phi Beta Delta, the campus coordinator of the Alpha Nu Chapter at Northeastern, and sponsor of the University’s annual Phi Beta Delta induction ceremony and educational seminar series.
Phi Beta Delta recognizes scholarly and intercultural achievements among both domestic and international students, faculty, staff, and alumni in the arena of international educational exchange.
