Nondegree Enrollment Options
Global Pathways Program
The nine-month Global Pathways Program prepares students to enter a U.S. bachelor's or master's degree program, with specialized areas of academic study along with intensive training in English language and university study skills. The program offers admission to Northeastern University upon successful completion.
English Language Center
The English Language Center (ELC) offers a wide array of language training courses for students who wish to improve their communication skills. Some ELC programs are offered year-round, such as the Intensive English Program, while others are offered just a few times per year, such as the Pre-MBA Program.
To apply to an ELC program, submit:
• ELC application
• Completed and signed Declaration and Certification of Finances (DCF)
• Original financial documents from bank or sponsor
• Copy of identity page of passport
If you are transferring from another US institution, you must also provide:
• Copies of all I-20’s or DS-2019’s from schools previously attended
• Copy of front and back of I-94 (if student is still in U.S.)
• Transfer-In Notification Form
• Copy of current visa stam
