Professors office & post-conference fun:
- Office cleanup needs to happen regularly, especially after conferences.
Coffee Maker:
- The coffee machines were not emptied nor were they clean. Clean-up needs to happen ASAP.
Storage Clean-up:
- Political Science Admin would like us to clean out the storage unit ASAP.
- Need to have a post-conference cleanup person designated for each and every conference.
  - This is not current NERMAL Secretary Gen. problem, but rather a recurring problem every year.

Election Details
- Take nominations on 11/20
  - All E-Board positions will be up for nomination;
  - Professor will have individual conversations with each current member to see what the individual decisions are.
  - Then nominations are up for everyone
  - Can have food and drinks

- Election at 8PM on Dec. 4th
  - BOD Meeting 10-11PM (Practicality: Start whenever Election ends)
Model EU, President Aoun, Etc.
- University President wants us to be in a more EU format.
  - Visibility of EU programs is currently focus, which means Model EU becomes a more forefront desire.
  - We need to come up with Model EU Program.
    - Come up with ideas that would work; Professor has some ideas
    - Definitely need to look at this; this is not a short conversation, but one that is needed.
    - Professor would like us to sit down to build a plan, not necessarily to have the conversation, but a set-up/plan.
      - Current E-Board does not need to necessarily need to make all decisions but need to build a plan so that next E-Board can begin to deal with it.

  - Discussing logistics of embassy visit and opening ceremonies

  - Discussion of club finances between VP Finance, Professor and VP Events.
SERMAL HD Selection
- Discussion of quality of applicants
  - Discussion on qualities needed to be a great HD vs. those that might not be beneficial
NUMAL HD Selection
- Discussion of quality of applicants
- Discussion of necessity of Assistant HD’s
  - Value vs. Waste
  - Discussion of during Spring 2013 making 2 mandatory Out-of-Committee Delegates, the third is optional.

BMAL SG Selection
- Discussion of applicants, perhaps have one applicant be Assistant SG and have E-Board member complete SG tasks.
Selection Committee Report
- E-Board members are going around and discussing any issues that occurred during tryouts and feedback in terms of those not selected.
NATO Head Delegates issues
- Problems that delegations are meeting separately; and that the E-Board expectations, in regards to each HD taking on one country, happened. They are now separate – they should be working together.

- Meet at 12:30, start at 1:30, meeting with General

Constitutional Amendments
- Budget Amendment
  - Remove constitutional part about budget – move into new bylaw section on the budget
  - Mandate that a certain percentage of revenue (NERMAL + BMAL) must remain a balance
  - SABO doesn’t approve bylaws so we’ll say it went through the department
- Bylaws Amendment
  - Removing bylaws from constitution and putting them in bylaws section
