- Possibly week of Finals – Wednesday
- Address absence of travel team members – unacceptable
- We need to discuss if we want JCC, BarMUN and IMUN for next year
BMAL Follow Up:
- E-board doesn’t typically have an opinion on what we’d like BMAL to be
- As SG, Catia was trying to solidify what that would look like in the future
- Many high schools would like to come back next year and new high schools want to join
- Possibly less topics for the Special Committee – so research can be more substantive
- We need authoritative chairs
- We should grow BMAL for
UMASS Boston:
- Laura met with Jonas to see how to increase budget
- Essentially we need to advertise sponsors on t-shirts, on banners during conferences, etc
- It’s something we can begin to think about and consider
Move Night:
- 170 Dodge Hall at 6:45
- Schindler’s List showing
Nationals Policy:
- We need room checks and hotel curfews
- Alternative traveling requests
- Matt and Noreen will be getting to D.C. on their own terms but everyone’s coming home together
Elections:
- EVP – Shouldn’t be strangers to the club, they need some past experience
Two Constitutional Amendments:
- First: President should have served on the e-board prior to running for President. President should be approved by advisor and running President
- Second: Vice President Events needs a name change.
Recruitment for NERMAL:
- Nationals will help with Canadian recruitment
- A member of BoD or E-board should help out with that
Course Evaluations:
- This upcoming Tuesday
- Program evaluation; not just about the advisor
