Hi, my name is Emma Boggio. I am from North Vancouver on the west coast of Canada. The youngest of three; I have a brother (26) and a sister (24). I also have a two-year-old golden retriever named Charlie.

I am a senior here at Northeastern (5th year). I am pursuing a dual concentration in both accounting and finance and have already satisfied a minor in Environmental geology – geology is my real passion! Two summers ago I was fortunate enough to do a summer dialogue with the geology department at Northeastern studying geology in Iceland! I’ve completed three co-ops at PWC, a public accounting firm here in Boston, working in their tax group and will be starting with them full-time post graduation. I take my education seriously and am a member of two honor societies; Delta Alphi Pi, for students with learning disabilities and Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor society specifically for business studies.

I love to play sports. At Northeastern, I participate in as many intramural teams as I can, floor hockey being my favorite! I also love to travel. Last summer I visited Rome, Florence, Vienna, Istanbul and Copenhagen. Other interests of mine include drawing, running, and when I’m home in Vancouver, hiking with Charlie.
