Cynthia Rapp serves as the Program Coordinator for the International Affairs Program and the Middle East Center for Peace, Culture, and Development. She assists International Affairs faculty with advising, manages the financial and curriculum operations, organizes special events, and oversees general program management tasks. Prior to her employment in the International Affairs Program, Cynthia worked as a teacher in central Mexico. Her main research interests include cross-cultural dialogue, the role of religion in conflicts and negotiation, religious education, and identity formation.
