Northeastern University partners with WorldAware Solutions, powered by iJET, to provide travel and country information, education and awareness, and incident response to University international travelers while traveling on University business. To gain access to the travel information, please register your travel itinerary on the "My Travel Plans" links found on the MYNEU.NEU.EDU portal. An iJet Traveler account is created once a traveler successfully registers a trip. Travelers with existing accounts can login to their traveler profile by clicking this link.

These travel services work in conjunction with Northeastern’s safety and security, risk management and international travel programs. What does this mean for you? Through WorldAware, when you travel on a University sponsored program, you will have access to the following services:
- Medical/hospital referrals
- Emergency evacuation services
- Lost baggage & stolen luggage replacement assistance
- Lost passport/travel documents assistance
- Emergency cash transfer assistance
- Travel information including, security updates, visa and passport requirements
- Emergency telephone interpretation assistance
In addition, registered travelers receive email alerts when WorldAware’s security or medical professionals identify a risk in your country of travel. University travelers can also call WorldAware at any time to speak with a specialist or responder about simple or critical matters.
