Software Purchasing / Funding

The Office of Software Licensing in Information Services will offer to negotiate and communicate with vendors on behalf of academic units, and may be able to arrange for training and technical assistance in certain circumstances.

In cases where several software products complete for the same funding, IS will offer purchasing recommendations based on the number of requests for the software, acuteness of need, and the expense of the product.
