The Banner HR service is a component of the Unified Digital Campus suite of applications which allows Human Resources to manage employee records related to new hires, terminations, salary changes, payroll processing, employee self-service and provisioning of services.
Provides for accurate and reliable employee records and human resources transactions.

All Faculty/Staff and student employees.
HRM Staff and key contacts across the university.
Hours of Availability
Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services during normal Service Desk hours of 7:00am – 12midnight Monday – Saturday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).

Request for Service
Access to certain functionality within the Banner HR system is automatically granted as part of staff member’s role within organization. Access to remaining functionality must be requested via the application’s Functional Owner.
