Information Technology Services oversees and manages processes the procedures to enable members of the community to securely and accurately apply for and receive access credentials to university systems and electronic experiences appropriate to their role, and which are not self-enrollable.
Ensure demographic and role information is known and accurate, and that access is approved or denied by the appropriate data managers. Process ensures forms are forwarded to the appropriate system administrators for account creation/modification. Process includes procedures for securely communicating credentials to the InfoCommons for pickup.

Hours of Availability
Password pickup is available during normal university business Hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday at the InfoCommons. Direct in-hand delivery or other secured password delivery methods are available for individuals who by reason of disability or other special need cannot attend InfoCommons.
