For Faculty/Staff computers, support is provided by Information Services during Service Desk hours of 7:30am – 10:00pm Monday – Friday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 (HELP).
For Student computers, walk in support is provided by ResNet during normal ResNet hours of 8:30am – 7:00pm Monday – Thursday and 8:30am – 5:00pm on Friday. For phone support, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 (HELP).
Faculty and Staff with NUnet computers (user must bring proof of NU ownership with them) can request a CD of Symantec Antivirus via the InfoCommons.
Students can install the latest version of Symantec Antivirus from the Software Download service on the myNEU Portal. Licensing restricts this option to Students only.
