Network Printing

The Network Printing service provides managed printing access via the University network. Information Technology Services maintains and updates print drivers and configurations for all managed networked printers, and provides access to print from anywhere on campus.

Only HP printers purchased from CDW-G via myNEU’s Tech Marketplace will be supported by Information Technology Services.

Centrally managed print queues, Information Technology Services technical support.
Service Level Options
Service includes both Networked and/or Local Printing configurations. Primary support for Local Printing is with the Department.

Hours of Availability
Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services 24 x 7, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).
