- From Finder, open Microsoft Outlook by clicking Applications, Microsoft Office 2011, Microsoft Outlook.

- From Outlook, select File, Import.From the Begin Import box, click the radio button next to “Entourage information from an archive or earlier version” and click the right arrow to continue.

- Select Entourage 2008 (including Web Services Edition) and click the right arrow to continue.

- Everything will be checked by default. Click the right arrow to continue.

- Select the top identity, which will be the most recent. Then, select the right arrow to continue.

- An informational message will be displayed. Click OK.

- Your data will be imported from Exchange. If you see the message Microsoft Outlook wants to use your confidential information stored in “Exchange” in your keychain, click “Always Allow.”

- When Outlook for Mac 2011 has finished importing your data, you will see the following. Click Finish. Your Northeastern University Exchange e-mail account will now appear in Outlook.
