myNEU Kiosks are PCs located throughout the university with attached printers which allow Faculty, Staff and Students to securely access any of the services available on myNEU.
A protected PC that only allows on campus connections with the exception of the following. Cashnet and the offsite booking system that the Marino center uses for scheduling resources (i.e. racquet ball courts).

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services during Service Desk hours of 7:00am – 12midnight Monday – Sunday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).
