Information Technology Services provides administrative departments access to the Pyxis Application Studio environment. This service provides an infrastructure platform for delivering mobile applications.
This allows administrative departments to design mobile applications that can run on nearly any mobile device.
Service Level Options
Options will vary depending on who is requesting the service. At this time, EMSA is managing the relationship with Pyxis and needs to be consulted on any hosting request.

Hours of Availability
Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support of the hosting infrastructure is provided by Information Technology Services, specifically the Enterprise Data Service Group. Hours of support will vary depending on the negotiated agreement between the business customer and ITS. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP). Support for development should be coordinated through EMSA.
