Icon Collaboration ServicesDescription
The myNEU Portal is an electronic gateway for the Northeastern University community and offers “one stop shopping” for Faculty, Staff, Enrolled and Admitted Students, and Parents. Services are targeted to members of the NU community by role, therefore providing a personally tailored experience. Campus news and departmental announcements are also accessible via the myNEU Portal.

The myNEU Portal offers members of the Northeastern community access to services 24/7, so a variety of important functions can be performed at their convenience.

The myNEU Portal service is automatically available to those individuals that need access.
Users
Faculty, Staff, Students and Parents
Hours of Availability
Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades. There is a scheduled maintenance window every Friday morning from 4:30am to 5:00am during which time myNEU services may be unavailable.
Support
Support is provided by Information Services during Service Desk hours of 7:00am – 12midnight Monday – Saturday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 (HELP).
Charge
Currently, there is no charge for this service.

All members of the NU community are granted a myNEU Portal account. Faculty, Staff Students, and Parents can activate their accounts and obtain their myNEU Portal username/password by visiting myneu.neu.edu and selecting the link “How do I get a myNEU username and password?”

To see a demonstration of services available on myNEU, you can access a limited tour of the site using username “neustudent” and password “husky”
